We want our students to have a great learning experience. However, if you need to cancel enrollment or request a refund, please read this policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are only considered if requested before the course starts.
- If you request cancellation at least 7 days before the course start date, you are eligible for a full refund (minus processing fees).
- Once course materials have been accessed or the course has started, refunds are not available.
2. Cancellation & Refund Procedure
To request a refund or cancel your enrollment, follow these steps:

- Mention: Your Name, Course, Enrollment ID/Receipt Number, and Reason.
- Refund requests will be processed within 7 to 21 business days after approval.
